Artes da Liderança (Arts of Leadership) is a full day experience that brings together great talents directly curated by Isabella Sacramento. Each activity will be facilitated by an experienced professional with the intention of being similar to a mother's hug so that each person is delicately touched by the lightness of life, the beauty of art, and the transformative power of subtlety with great attention to details.

Two beautiful dates in an old mansion in Botafogo and with a total view of the sea in Leblon.
Right in the heart of Pinheiros, our meeting at B.arco left deep memories. Integration was complete with facilitators from São Paulo and others who came from Rio especially for the meeting.
We were invited to do an Arts of Leadership in this city! Eleven nationalities shared the same space in an itinerant event. Museum, concerts, exhibitions and lots of art.
Directly from Slovenia, first edition for guests. In the end, they were sure they had been co-authors of what would be a beautiful movement! They came back and spread the word, helping us to grow.
Our editions amid the pandemic with incredible European and Brazilian digital facilitators. In the English edition we had five continents present!

PhD in Administration from COPPEAD, has experienced different cultures around the world and participates as a transforming agent for people who reinvent themselves.
